Cancellation Policy

Effective for all FKA public workshop registrations.

Cancellations

• Participants may cancel their registration without penalty by providing written notice at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the workshop start date.
• For cancellations received less than fifteen (15) business days before the workshop start date, a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will apply.
• Participants who do not attend the workshop and have not provided written notice of cancellation ("no-shows") will be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the registration fee.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be permitted at any time prior to the workshop start date, provided written notice is received and the substitute participant meets any applicable program prerequisites.

FKA-Initiated Cancellations

FKA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future session or receive a full refund of fees paid.

How to Submit a Cancellation

All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to fka@fka.com or by phone at 1-800-352-5585. The date of receipt of written notice will determine the applicable cancellation terms.
